– Bachelor: $2,000 per month ($4,000 for both first and last months’ rent) 

– 1-bedroom: $2,500 per month ($5,000 for both first and last months’ rent) 

– 2-bedroom: $3,000 per month ($6,000 for both first and last months’ rent) 

– 3-bedroom: $3,500 per month ($7,000 for both first and last months’ rent)
