LEAP is a year-round program to assist-low income customers with their bill payments and electricity costs. LEAP is a grant program that provides emergency relief to eligible low-income households who meat the eligibility criteria.

TO QUALIFY FOR LEAP:

The grant is available to those low-income households who have:

• Recently received a ‘past due’ Toronto Hydro bill and/or;

• Recently received a ‘disconnection notice’ from Toronto Hydro

Your household income falls below a certain limit. The amount of income it takes to qualify depends on two factors:

• How many people live in the house

• Your combined household income
