FOOD BANKS

To individuals and families in need, food banks provide vital nutrition with fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy products, and pantry staples. Food banks usually provide a one-to-three day supply of food, once a month to once every three months, per individual or family. Documents may be required for identification purpose. See the table below to get the list of food banks available in the Toronto Downtown East Region.
